Behind Modeeni Maintenance is more than 15 years of experience across the construction, civil engineering and project management environment. Our experience has included construction, project management, contract management, quality control, asset management, construction supervision and the management of complex projects.

Our founder, Deen Williams, holds qualifications in both Civil Engineering and Project Management, supported by extensive practical experience in the built environment. But qualifications are only part of the story. What matters most is how that knowledge is applied.
